Shipping & Returns: We aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible and we usually dispatch Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you’ve got an account, please make sure your address details are up to date so that we can deliver your order correctly. Standard delivery charges for England & Wales are detailed below.

 

Delivery cost: Orders under £35 – £3.90 Orders equal to or over £35 – FREE Additional delivery charges may apply to deliveries in Northern Ireland and non UK mainland addresses – please get in touch before placing an order to find out more. Boxes are shipped with Royal Mail or Hermes (depending on weight), they are fully insured! Your order should be delivered within 2/5 business days. Should you have not received your parcel within 14 days of the despatch e-mail, please get in touch. If the parcel is retuned to us and you would like us to re-send it, additional delivery charge will apply. . Please make sure that you have provided the correct e-mail address and telephone number on your order. If you require Next Day delivery, please give us a call/WhatsApp on 07414565475 or send us a message on Facebook. Next day delivery will incur an additional £3.00 charge per 2 kg.

 

Returns Policy: If you need to return anything to us due to damage please get in touch as soon as possible. For returning an item, please place the item securely in its original packaging, remembering to include your name and order number. All costs will be credited back to you on safe receipt of the goods.

 

Incorrect Items: If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will advise you on the next step.

 

Exchange/refund: If you have changed your mind about the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund, provided that the products are returned to us complete and in perfect condition. Return delivery costs for an exchange or refund when you have changed your mind remains your responsibility. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and please make sure it is insured up to the correct value. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Until you return items to us, you are responsible for their safekeeping and taking reasonable care of them. Please use appropriate parcel protection when returning an item to us as we cannot accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us.

 

Subscription Boxes are automatically delivered every month. You can easily skip a month if needed or cancel the subscription any time without any obligation. You cannot change your subscription to a different box, so please just cancel the current one and take out the new one on the box you’d like to change to.
